Headed IT Delivery and Product Management during establishment of the technology division. GoRide

Led Product Management and Delivery of Ford’s first commercial technology venture. The greenfield technology was an ecosystem of integrated services, including ride scheduling and request apps, dispatcher tools, real-time location tracking with map interface, algorithms from Ford’s data science division to find best routes, and PID informatics.

GoRide’s non-emergency medical transportation offers true on-demand service that is especially useful for those in wheelchairs or who have other special needs. All drivers are HIPAA compliant and professionally trained to safely assist passengers. To enable efficiency, GoRide uses Ford’s proprietary dynamic routing technology to automatically dispatch and pool rides achieving a 95 percent on-time rate through the first quarter of 2019, with average wait times of 10-20 minutes, even for wheelchair transport. HP Enterprise

Program Manager and Technical Lead of a Digital Transformation, coordinating 70+ globally dispersed application teams, to consolidate multiple Content Management Systems to a newly architected Cloud Solution resulting in $19M annualized cost savings. Tasks included Enterprise Architecture, Application Rationalization, Program Management, Solution Architecture, Road Mapping, CXO Reporting, Organizational Change Management, DevOps, Training, Communications, QA, Release Management, and Diplomacy.

HP Inc.

Directed a multi-year Digital Transformation for HP Inc., coordinating with 350 impacted app teams, finishing ahead of schedule and under budget resulting in $4.5M savings and $12M annualized savings. Relied on influence and diplomacy to overcome immense obstacles and kept the project moving. Reached across the enterprise to ensure smooth transitions between teams. Also filled the roles and tasks of Enterprise Architect, Program Manager, Solution Architect, Road Mapping, CXO Communication, Software Engineer, Application Rationalization, Organizational Change Manager, DevOps Engineer, Release Manager, and more.

Accela Inc.

Accela is a major SaaS provider to governments across the United States. The company was unable to keep up with a high demand for product upgrades. Customers paid for upgrades but a lengthy manual process consumed a majority of the revenue. Recognizing the problem I Architected and Engineered an Automation Solution using Cloud Native Services in Azure, resulted in a revenue stream worth millions.

Xerox

Created a School Fundraising Platform which included web site and mobile apps including ecommerce, social media, digital media, print shop integration, shopping network, and analytics. Collaborated with the Xerox North America Leadership Team to design the solution. Conducted the tasks of Product Management, Application Architecture, Software Development, and Go-to-Market plans.

Report Monger

Started a police report acquisition e-commerce website. Became 2nd largest company providing services to insurance companies, attorneys, and the general public. Sold the business. Designed, Engineered, Operated, Marketed, and made Sales.

Impression Works

Designed, built, and delivered a new application to market – Mobile Job Force; a job application solution for job seekers to find jobs, and for employers to post
jobs. IOS, Android, and Web App. Managed Architecture, UI Design, Budgets, Customer Engagements, Contracts, Software Engineering, and off-shore teams.
